Sandra was delighted with the trip but they didn't let us walk out on to the glacier and that's really the experience I wanted Sandra to have because I had walked on a glacier in Alaska on a helicopter tour and walking on the glacier was scary and so memorable. In Alaska you could see down through crevices and it was slippery and exciting. On this tour they only let us walk on the compacted area that they coned off. Sandra was happy because she was walking on a glacier, but she didn't get experience walking on "real" glacial build up. 
They sent out one last tour for us and one other family.
